Kelly Clarkson is an American singer/songwriter and was the winner of the inaugural series of American Idol. Kelly has been described by Simon Cowell, the creator of American Idol, as the most successful contestant to have ever appeared on the show.

I absolutely love Kelly Clarkson. I hadn’t been a massive fan until she came out to Australia in 2010 and I was lucky enough to get free tickets, so I went along and had the best night ever! She performed so well, was so down to earth and her voice was just amazing. If I had to choose one song that was my favorite, I would have to choose ‘because of you’.
